Refund policy
Digital items are non-refundable unless the customer purchases an additional copy of the same digital item within 48 hours.
Products from our print partners are custom-printed and non-refundable. If there is a quality issue or damage, please contact me within 3 business days so I can help you with the issue and replace the item.
Paperback books that arrived damaged are replaceable, please contact me with details. malissa@malissachapin.com
No returns or refunds except for the above stated reasons. Please contact me for any issues with your product. I am happy to work with you for a solution for any damaged items.
